The day I met Sally and Derrick to chat about their wedding it felt as if we were old friends. Did I mention that the love they have for each-other can be seen for miles? They are such a fun-loving joy filled couple. We bonded over being military spouses, our love for the outdoors, oh and did I mention loving our dogs? Seriously, these two were so fun to work with. From their engagement session adventures when we hiked around Gooseberry Falls on an unusually warm fall day, to laughing when I took a wrong turn to hit the beach for their second location.

Their wedding was such a beautiful day.

To see them surrounded by their friends and family who they hold near and dear to their hearts and feeling the love. These are two people who light up the room together and the huge grin Derrick had on his face when he saw Sally walk down the aisle was so sweet! Sally chose sweet heirlooms for her wedding details to include using her grandmother’s ring as something old and something blue and there wasn’t a dry eye when all her bridesmaids saw her in her wedding dress. 

Cheers to forever for these two and a life full of adventure, dog piles, and so so much love.

I mean I get the biggest grin every time I see our photo-booth photos we took together on the fridge!
