Newborn sessions have a special place in my heart. Being a part of my clients journey into parenthood and watching their family grow, brings so much joy to my life. It’s a sweet time, and Beckett’s newborn session was just the cutest.

Baby Beckett is here and his big sis couldn’t be any more excited! I don’t generally do too many newborn sessions, but when I do, it’s always such a treat! Due to COVID-19, his newborn session looked a bit different. Instead of heading outdoors to enjoy his delight at the world around him, we opted for an in-home session. Also, with COVID-19 we needed to wait until stay-at-home orders were lifted which meant he would almost be one month old.

His sweet mama is one of my dearest friends. I’m grateful to be able to photograph their growing family. There is something ridiculously sweet about watching an older sibling interact with a new baby brother or sister. This was the case for Miss Catriona. Big sis is completely enamored with her sweet little bro and, well, so is everybody else! We can already see that Beckett and his big sister have the same gorgeous blue eyes—the same gorgeous baby blues of mom and dad.
