Morning engagement sessions are becoming a new favorite of mine. When Kelli and Ryan said they wanted to have their engagement photographs taken in Duluth, I was overjoyed! I love the beauty of this city and how much it has to offer.  We planned a morning engagement session starting at Enger Tower Park then moving down towards the Rose Gardens in Leif Erickson Park.  They even brought their sweet pup, Luna, along!

Not only did we hit up some of the most beautiful places in Duluth during their morning engagement session, we went out for a lovely brunch to At Sara’s Table where Luna and I became best friends, and we got to hang out and get to know each other better. This is one of my favorite parts of my job—getting to know my couples. I love hearing their stories, like the time that Kelli and Ryan took a trip to Europe and everything that could go wrong did, but the trip brought them closer together and they were mistaken for locals more often than tourists! I can’t wait for their wedding. Unfortunately, they had to move their wedding to 2022 due to COVID19, but they are in the best spirits and it’ll be 1000x worth the wait!
